The role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Associate to manage our presence across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. You will write copy, design posts, engage with our audience, and help grow our brand.

You will execute an established strategy, working with the marketing team to share our work.

Responsibilities

• Write clear copy for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
• Create and adapt visual templates using Canva and Figma.
• Record and edit short videos for Instagram Reels.
• Schedule posts using Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Reply to comments and engage with the tech community daily.
• Track weekly metrics like growth and engagement.

Requirements

• 6 to 24 months of experience in social media or content creation.
• A keen interest in technology and willingness to learn basic concepts like SaaS, APIs, and open-source software (prior experience in tech marketing is a plus but not required).
• Experience using Canva or Figma for visual posts.
• Ability to write clear copy in British English.
• Access to a personal laptop.
• Reliable internet connection and power setup.
